This will typically power a home’s entire electrical panel including up to 9-ton’s of central air conditioning condenser systems.

The new 26RCA generator system is an excellent solution for larger homes with higher electrical demands. With 26,000 watts of backup power, it can comfortably power essential household circuits as well as demanding loads such as heat pumps, central air conditioning systems, well pumps, and other major appliances without sacrificing performance.

These larger liquid-cooled systems can provide power to homes and businesses that have large power demands such as Geothermal heating/ cooling systems, multiple air conditioner units or large electrical services. A no cost/ obligation site review is needed before an accurate price quote may be given as the installation process can vary more with the larger systems.

FAQs
Is the KOHLER 10-Year Extended Warranty on top of the 5-year warranty (equal to 15 Yrs)?
NO. When purchasing the 10-year extended warranty, KOHLER is adding 5 more years from the installation date of the unit to equal 10 years of coverage.
Can I do my own maintenance on my Kohler generator?
The annual preventative maintenance must be performed by a KOHLER -authorized service technician. WE (The Generator Connection) does not have to perform the maintenance, but it must be done annually by a KOHLER -authorized service technician, and you must show proof of work, or the warranty may be considered null and void due to customer neglect.
Are KOHLER Warranties Transferrable?
YES. A KOHLER warranty is transferrable to a new owner at the same location or the same owner at a new location if the generator set is installed by a Kohler-authorized dealer or service technician.
What is the difference between a Warranty and a Service Agreement?
Warranty (Kohler, Generac, Winco, Briggs & Stratton, Cummins, etc):
Each new generator purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor costs for repairs related to premature part failure or manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage periods vary, and some manufacturers offer extended warranty options for purchase. Warranties do not cover routine maintenance, tune-ups, adjustments, batteries, or engine fluids (such as fuel, oil, and coolant) necessary to keep your generator running efficiently. Warranties will not cover issues with accessories added to the generator, such as OnCue, heater kits, and e-stop buttons. Failures caused by an insufficient fuel supply, extreme weather, or natural events—including lightning strikes, ice/snow buildup, and rodent damage—may also not be covered. Please review the specific warranty documentation included with your purchase for complete coverage details.
Service Agreement (offered by The Generator Connection):
Service agreements are 2-year agreements with The Generator Connection that are separate from the generator manufacturer’s warranty. It is beneficial to have one when it comes time for your regular yearly maintenance, non-warranty repairs, and emergency service. There is no cost to sign up, it is not a prepay plan, and you will only be billed after your scheduled work is completed. Benefits include: Discounted labor rates and trip charges. A price lock on your maintenance and labor rates for 2 years. Priority proactive scheduling (we will contact you when your yearly maintenance is due). Access to our free 24/7 technical phone support. Priority emergency service call scheduling (agreement holding customers will be given priority over non-agreement customers if you call for emergency service). Signing a service agreement involves no risk, and we strongly encourage customers to do so.
